SW glass substrate
Glass with an expansion coefficient that is very close to silicon
SW glass substrates have an expansion coefficient that is very close to silicon from room temperature to high temperature. In addition, it is possible to integrate them with silicon substrates through anodic bonding. Using these characteristics, they can be used as a glass substrate for silicon-based MEMS sensors, etc, and enables high-precision sensing without giving unnecessary strain to silicon.
